Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Dosing for Dogs and Cats
Important Information
Amoxicillin + clavulanate is only available in oral formulation. Because these components are not absorbed orally in large animal species, this drug is not recommended for horses, cattle, or pigs.
For cats with gram-negative infections, consider administering every 8 hours.
