Benazepril Hydrochloride Dosing for Dogs and Cats By Weight

Important Safety Information

For dogs: Start with 0.25-0.5 mg/kg q12-24h PO. Increase by 0.5 mg/kg if needed, to maximum of 2 mg/kg q24h.

For cats: Use for systemic hypertension and renal disease. Alternative dose is 2.5 mg per cat per day for cats up to 5 kg body weight.
