Important Safety Information
For cats: A dose has not been established by the manufacturer for cefpodoxime proxetil. Some veterinarians have extrapolated from the canine dose.
For horses: The 12-hour interval is appropriate for Klebsiella, Pasteurella, and streptococci. More frequent intervals may be needed for more resistant organisms.
