Special Notes
Dogs - Intestinal disease: Start with 4-6 mg/m², PO, q24h for first 7-21 days, then reduce dose. May be administered with prednisolone in refractory cases.
Cats: Often administered concurrently with corticosteroids for immune-mediated diseases.
