For cats: If levels are maintained with once-weekly injections for 6 weeks, increasing the interval to 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks (incrementally) can be attempted.
Monitor vitamin B₁₂ levels regularly and adjust dosage as needed based on clinical response and laboratory values.
