Use with caution in animals with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or infections. Monitor for side effects including polyuria, polydipsia, and immunosuppression.
For induction of parturition in cattle, may be administered concurrently with prostaglandin PG-F2 alpha (0.5 mg/animal).
