Important Safety Information
Use lower doses for short-term sedation and analgesia or when combined with other analgesic or anesthetic agents.
Can be reversed with atipamezole 0.2 mg/kg IM. Use with caution in animals with cardiovascular disease.

Combination Therapy
Dogs: Ketamine (3 mg/kg) + Dexmedetomidine (15 mcg/kg) + Buprenorphine (40 mcg/kg) - single IM injection for surgical procedures
Cats: Ketamine (3 mg/kg) + Dexmedetomidine (25 mcg/kg) - combined in one syringe, IM 10 minutes prior to procedure
