Dirlotapide Dosing for dogs By Weight
Important Safety Information
Do not use in cats. Maximum dose for dogs is 1.0 mg/kg.
Initial dose is 0.05 mg/kg (0.01 mL/kg), then increased to 0.1 mg/kg (0.02 mL/kg) at 14 days. Thereafter, the dose is adjusted monthly on the basis of weight loss in each individual dog.
