Ephedrine Hydrochloride Dosing for Dogs and Cats By Weight
Important Information
For dogs: Urinary incontinence dosage is 4 mg/kg or 12.5-50 mg/dog PO every 8-12 hours.
For cats: Urinary incontinence dosage is 2-4 mg/kg PO every 12 hours.
Vasopressor dosage for both dogs and cats: 0.75 mg/kg IM or SQ, repeat as needed.
