Aldosteronism Testing in Cats: For primary aldosteronism testing, administer 0.05 mg/kg every 12 hours for 4 days and measure effect with urine aldosterone-to-creatinine ratio. The range is > 7.5 ×10⁻⁹ in cats with hyperaldosteronism.
