Lorazepam Dosing for dogs and Cats By Weight
Important Safety Information
For seizure control in dogs: 0.2 mg/kg IV, repeat every 3-4 hours if necessary; or 0.2 mg/kg bolus, followed by 0.2-0.4 mg/kg/hour IV CRI.
Use with caution and monitor for sedation and respiratory depression.
