Important Safety Information
For CRI in refractory cases: Administer loading dose of 0.4 mg/kg, followed by 0.3 mg/kg/hr. Dose may be increased up to 1.0 mg/kg/hr.
For antiemetic treatment with cancer chemotherapy: Up to 2 mg/kg per 24 hours.
Not recommended for cattle - not a suitable prokinetic agent in ruminants. Adverse reactions develop at higher doses (0.3 mg/kg).
