Mitoxantrone Hydrochloride Dosing for Dogs and Cats By Body Surface Area
Important Safety Information
For dogs: Start with 5-5.5 mg/㎡ IV every 21 days, and may increase up to 6 mg/㎡ if well tolerated.
For cats: Use 6-6.5 mg/㎡ IV every 21 days.
No large animal doses have been reported.
Use with caution and monitor for adverse effects associated with anticancer therapy.
