For horses: Treatment duration is typically 4 weeks for ulcer treatment. Prevention doses are lower than treatment doses.

Additional Information

Note for Horses: There is evidence that 1-2 mg/kg per day may be as effective for treatment as higher doses. Based on approved formulations (Gastrozol), 1 mg/kg was effective at the labeled dose.
