Oxymorphone Hydrochloride Dosing for Dogs and Cats By Weight
Important Safety Information
For less severe pain in dogs: 0.25 mg/kg SQ q6h may be used.
For cats CRI: 0.03 mg/kg bolus IV, followed by 0.02 mg/kg every 2 hours.
Use with caution and monitor for respiratory depression.
