Pamidronate Disodium Dosing for Dogs and Cats By Weight
Important Safety Information
For treating malignant osteolytic disease in dogs: 1-2 mg/kg IV every 28 days as a 2-hour IV infusion.
For treatment of cholecalciferol toxicosis in dogs: 1.3-2 mg/kg IV or SQ for two treatments after toxin exposure.
