Pregabalin Dosing for Dogs, Cats, Horses By Weight
Important Safety Information
For dogs: Start with a low dose and gradually increase to the maximum tolerated dose of 3-4 mg/kg PO.
For cats: Start with 2 mg/kg q12h PO and increase to 4 mg/kg q12h PO if necessary.
Monitor for sedation and adjust dose accordingly.
