Tramadol Hydrochloride Dosing for dogs, Cats, Horses By Weight

Important Safety Information

Do not exceed 2 mg/kg IV or 5 mg/kg oral in horses. In horses the optimum dosing interval is not known, but because of the short half-life, every 6 hours may be appropriate, and extended to every 12 hours in patients that respond favorably.
